          We entered the lobby of the Radisson which in comparison to the previous Radisson at New Providence Wharf is tiny! The check in staff were friendly but unfortunately did not entertain the idea of giving us a room upgrade. I so wish they had been able to as it would have saved us a nightmare of an evening.
