    ... because it was quite small and didn't cover any operation in depth. The next hangars had planes which were either flight. Arable or were being restored and I found this the most interesting. Some of the planes looked almost complete but others were just a collection of bits.     ... It had a very sleek and modern shopping centre with people dressed professionally. There were sky-rises with banking names on them. We went into Boots, EE and Waitrose to get some things we had been meaning to purchase (woollen tights, sim card, sorbolene cream, etc.) before heading to where the underground left from. The station was big and again, sleek and modern, people lined up in huge cues all looking very well dressed, young and professional. ...

    ... tears. The poor hotel manager was at a loss and promised to sort this out today and asked us to give them another chance to make things right. I am holding thumbs and toes at this point that he is able to offer us an improvement in room condition as I am a real fan of Radisson and wouldn't want my whole perception of them tainted based on this experience.
