was on board luckily so when we were leaving he moved forward so that we could retreive our anchor comfortably).

There wasn't much wind but later in the evening we managed to get a sail in.
During the night the wind died so it was motoring but we were back to sailing again during
the day and in to most of Saturday evening. There wasn't much traffic to contend with, we saw some yachts heading west and we had dolphins and porpoises say “hi” ...

On the 7th of August we left at 8:15 am from Porto Torres.
On board the ferry we enjoyed the sea and its colours and the sight of a few sailboats, which look great in my pictures. The journey took 1 hour and 15 minutes and the ferry docked at Cala Reale. Here is where we met the first donkeys (they're very cute and used to people) and enjoyed a breathtaking ...

My flight from Dublin arrived in Alghero at 2 pm.
I went straight to the beach! I really missed the sun and the Sardinian sea!!!
I love my land and I love Alghero. Alghero is always Alghero, 'cause it has the beaches, and what beaches! And also, it has some movida at night, and nice shops, restaurant and bars...
Alghero has a soul that catches you, wherever you come ...
