Tremezzo is great spot with a road & promenade wrapping around the lakeside. Next the main reason for visiting Tremezzo the Villa Carlotta. This is one of the few you can see inside not just the gardens. Originally a wedding gift for a Princess Carlotta. It is rated pretty highly on Trip Advisor & easy to see why. ... was a first!. Even the cashiers wore suits & ties. Went downstairs to the wine cellar & saw wine bottles of a size I did not know existed. There was a wine bar that does tastings - very nice. Also should sir require it they even sold champagne with the special sword to open it gift wrapped of course.
