    ... in a line that stretched down the block. This turns out to be the house where Anne Frank and her family lived in hiding during the Nazi occupation of Amsterdam. It was not a large house and the story of her father publishing Anne's diary after discovering his entire family was dead was very sad. Apparently she had hidden it in the house and her father found it while searching for his family.

    ... A quote by Otto Frank near the end of the museum summed it all up for me, "To build a future you have to know the past", such powerful and truthful quote.

    After this museum I decided to call it a day. I stopped at a grocery store on my way back to my accommodation and bought some food for dinner and an adorable mini can of coke that was too cute too pass up. I'm off to bed now, have a nice day all of you in a different time zone than me.

    ... thing was that we has stopped at the train station and spent a ridiculous amount of money on a map, as we were trying to be organised, only to find that our hostel provided around half a dozen of free maps at our disposal!     ... had to option to go to a live sex show that evening! Apparently a sex show is a must do in Amsterdam, but none of us quite knew what we were getting ourselves into. We arrived at the hotel and had a couple of hours to spare before dinner and heading into town for the sex show. Although a few of us had some other ideas of how we would spend that time. Most minds were thinking "find the nearest 'coffee shop".
