    ... the written accounts in the diaries. In the evening we drive to the coast and stay in a beach car park near Ijmuiden.

    In the morning we enjoy our first beach sunbathing of the travels so far. Hopefully, there will be much more of this to come. We then set off towards Rotterdam, but when we hit traffic on the A4, we decide to stop at a motorway stop, sunbathe and go to Rotterdam in the morning.

    ... and over for my name, the president’s name, what the date was, where I thought I was. Then she got her water bottle! It was like water boarding!     ... moved to its current site in 1814. Although the blades still operate it doesn't grind anything. It was exciting to see such a lovely building close up.
