This is the Vicenza - Bologna day. Out the door by 9.30, with car packed and ready to go. We repeated yesterday's game plan by getting up early and heading out on the train, this time to Bologna. We took the "slow" train that traveled the distance in about 2 hours at one third the cost. ... ja Alessiolta mikä olisi sellainen kohde vielä pohjois-Italiassa joka olisi ehdottomasti näkemisen arvoinen kaikkien jo "tutuksitulleiden" rinnalla -> yllttäen kaikilta tuli sama vastaus : Ferrara. Kyseessä pienehkö keskiaikaisen keskustan omaava goottilaistyylinen 150000 asukkaan kyläpahanen. Itseasiassa Ferrara oli vielä 150 vuotta sitten itsenäinen valtio - status jota se kantoi vuosisatojen ajan aina 1000 luvulta asti!
