... a very busy day today starting off with both of us having a walk around the wall. Mary has been having a twinge behind her left knee so we took it fairly easy. The temperature has eased right back and was a cool 25 degrees as we started our walk. We saw the usual suspects but I have yet to see the ‘runner’ …… I haven’t seen him for nearly a couple of weeks but Mary assures me he is still running and has in fact had a really short haircut.

... 8217; and the only people on the streets are the day ‘tourists’ who all look like they are way past the ‘excitement’ stage of being in Lucca and frustrated that nothing is open and there is no one to help them with their Lucca maps which are being contorted every which way trying to make sense of it all.
