    ... spot just before the rain came down! At Trattoria de Noemi we had the regional pasta special - pumpkin ravioli - Capellacci Di Zucca which was excellent!     Today we woke up and it was pouring with rain! It rather put a dampener on our plans to go over to Murano on the ferry. We got absolutely soaked through on the way there and Ziggy had a massive melt down about something or other.     ... with wifi. I climbed up to San Luca on my next day off. The route is under 4km of porticos. The view is wonderful. and an experience. Serious joggers sprinted past me up the hill but it was good experience for September. On my last day off I took the bus to Montese, which was liberated by the Brazilians. Vergato was virtually destroyed in WW2 so there are 6 storey buildings and 70's architecture. The first time I ventured out for a walk I was nervous of being run over. ...
