... escalators up to Siena. We went up 5 or 6 very steep levels and whilst easy – this park was miles away from the central area and we did lots of walking. Eventually finding Il Campo took our breath away yet again – what an amazing city square. Today we climbed many steps up the Torre (Tower), which we have never done before – for great views. It is perched on a hill so it looks cool from afar and has pretty views of the surrounding rolling hills and farmlands. It looks just like Tuscany should. :). It was nice just to stroll the streets with no agenda and know we could stay as long as we liked or catch a bus 'home' anytime. This ...
