    A little less than four weeks ago, Andrea asked Eric what he wanted to do on vacation. One word rise quickly to the top of a very short list: spontaneous. Without the responsibility or expectations of normal life vacation lends itself to the freedom to do things on a moment's notice that otherwise would not be possible.     As of last week I have been accepted to teach abroad in China for an entire year starting this February 2015 with CIEE (Council on International Education and Exchange)! I cannot wait to see what I can offer the other side of the world and vise versa :) I won't be updating my blog much before I leave, but will try to keep up to date once I start my adventure on the other side of the world. I will ideally being doing at least 2 entires a week...fingers crossed.

    ... was a genius. Try it if you doubt. Salty, sweet, crunchy, cheesy all in one bite. Yummy. We headed home happy and tired after a great day in a lovely city. The drunk guy a few rows ahead of us on the train that tried to grope a young woman and then urinated on the seat didn't even ruin our perfect day in the city. The police headed him off quickly. We rode the scooter home on the cornfield lined country roads and found everything as we had left it. Another perfect day!

They had steam trains, diesels, electric cars, trolley and motor buses on display and running.
