We no need a pool when we've got the see

The accommodation was very comfortable. Rooms were clean, beds and bathroom with fridge and air conditioning, and a nice small terrace. Around 500 meters from the beach, if you go straight, and a little more if you go firstly to the main street. Hotel has it's own swimming pool, and a bar, and pool tables and table tennis, so you will find the place the most enjoyable. The stuff of the hotel is very pleasant. We did not have meals, so I can not really review food.

North of Olympia we find Clermont (Chelmoutsi) Castle, built in 1223 by a French Prince Geoffrey, after the Crusades when he claimed the region for himself. The castle was built to the highest standard of its time and still most impressive. Only taking 3 years to build, it is taking a lot more time and probably money (EU money) to restore. However it is one of ...

... refugee problem, both on the island and at sea in the straits between Turkey and Greece, cruise ships are staying out of the area. This must be devastating to the economy of a small island like Kos. Katakolo is just a small fishing village, the main attraction being Olympus 30km away, the home of the original Greek stadium. Due to the very early start most passengers elected for the stroll through the village. We are the only ship docked and the village promenade cafes were able ...

... seeing as how technology doesn't usually work for us lol). Of course that didn't work either and we were lost after only 10 minutes. So we decided to turn on our navigation and give it another go! (It sounds so much better saying 'the Sat Nav didn't work' rather than 'we couldn't read the map' hahaha).

We managed to get ourselves around through all these little villages. ...
