London Day #2

We exited Tower of London at 3:20 p.m. and walked a short distance to neighboring Tower Bridge, taking the elevator to the upper platforms for more stupendous views of London. Then it was an elevator back down and across the bridge to the old engine room. Tower Bridge opened in 1894 and is the first bridge ships encounter when traveling westbound from the sea into London.

It was a really great tour. Informative and fun. And maybe one day I'll get to return as an employee.
Then I went on to the Natural History Museum. I have been wanting to go there for years, since I was a little kid so I was really looking forward to this trip. And I wasn't disappointed!
