... have to give you a ticket for dinner. Dinner consists of salad (which I think is really good), bread, corn on the cob, fruit, fish, BBQ chicken and ribs (I love their ribs). You are given 2 plates and it seems like everyone ends of filling both of them (one for meats and one with all the other stuff)! The dinner at Foxy’s is one of my favorites--I just think it’s really good. They also have good drinks-- I like the Vanilla Killa.

Our short stay in Sint Maarten over, we board our flight to Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, where Equinox has been based as a charter yacht for the past 5 years.

We hardly had time to pull on our seat belts when we were ready to land again.....Sint Maarten to Tortola is a mere 25 minute flight away.

... some food. The market was a little disappointing, and we bought necessities, but decided to go out for dinner. The recommended restaurant was called Red Rock. Their menu was pretty random; pot stickers, fried conch, spaghetti. Greer and I both got salads and shared a cheese pizza. They both were surprisingly delicious. We then went back to the villa and went to sleep!
