Vandaag eigenlijk niet veel gedaan (het is hier nu ongeveer 14u) maar het regent hier al de hele dag. Deze ochtend een uurtje of 2 gaan wandelen maar was natuurlijk volledig al doorweekt na 10min.
En je kan hier eigenlijk niks anders doen dan buiten wandelen dus RUSTDAG !

De Japanse Aldennen
Deze ochtend rond 9u vertrokken en aankomen hier in de buurt van mount Fuji. Was ongeveer 6u met de trein met verschillende overstappen ( geen enkele keer de weg moeten vragen !)' en 622km van Osaka.
Tegen 15u hier nog wat rondgelopen , eten gaan kopen en rusten !

Mt Fuji Trip Report
... about the climb that can’t be seen in the pictures except it was a long trudge and I just had to keep putting one foot in front of the other. I was impressed with the discipline of the tour leader, his pace was glacial but calculated well to keep the group together and feeling like they could make it.

... to the mountain in the later afternoon. The road snaked through beautiful forrest all the way from Kawaguchiko (at 805m) up the slopes of the mountain. And then suddenly it all cleared and we were above a sea of clouds; just blue sky above us - cool, what a relief! The last bus station is just below the tree line and it's huge. With several shops and restaurants it's really not just a bus stop and starting point for the trek; it's a major tourist spot ...
