    ... to get some tempura as well, as I hadn't had any yet. My main course was a chewy noodle soup with bear meat. Or that's at least what they said it was. It cost a staggering 3100 yen and the dish as a whole underwhelming. The meat didn't taste exotic at all, and it was somewhat tough. The tempura was better, came with rice, and was 1300 yen.     ... to public bathing. What a hoot, had to sit on a little stool & wash our selves all over (everything supplied) then rinse off all in the nudie, then go in the hot pools we giggled a lot but it was beautiful.     ... is pouring like hell! I cook my legs in the Onsen for 30 min, take a shower, put my night vest on and take a siesta until 4pm! To avoid sleeping for 18 hours consecutively, we go souvenir shopping and buy dinner to have in our room and enjoy the last night on our Tatami.     ... we got interviewed! They could barely speak english and I try not to imagine how embarrassing would be seeing myself on a Japanese TV program!

    For lunch we found a little restaurant where we're the only foreigners, struggling to understand the menu without translation. Inside there's only a bar, 10 chairs, a man cooking tempura in front of us and his wife boiling soba noodles in the kitchen.
