Yay! We made it! We are back in Iceland. After a 4.5 hour flight out of Boston we are here. We didn't land until 11.30pm our time so it was already dark. But we noticed from the plane flying over Greenland that it stayed light outside until about 10.30am. But now it is pitch black. And I even saw a little trace of a northern light as we walked in …

... of floating in the water I came out with more wrinkles than when I went in.
Came back to town and had dinner at a local Thai restaurant we had scoped the week before. Back to the Hotel and spent some hours trying to work out why everyone is leaving tomorrow and we are leaving the next day and whether we have accommodation for tomorrow night. The accommodation was all sorted by 1030pm
