After breakfast, we headed to Reykjavik botanical gardens, a statues museum, the famous viking ship statue on the beach and the cathedral. Up the street sits Government House that was originally a prison. During the economic crisis in 2008 people said it was still a prison for those trying to right Iceland's financial ship.
It was a long day, probably 36 hours before we got to sleep, and tomorrow will be busy as well.
