Time to get the car and drive to Buonas! We decide to drive to Lucerne before arriving in Buonas. There's this wooded bridge Andy wanted to see. What a good decision that was. Lucerne was amazingly beautiful and totally worth the extra 30 minutes in the car. We had lunch by the river, and took pics of the bridge before arriving in Buonas.

When we were almost out of time on the meter we made our way back to the car and continued east through Switzerland.

The direct one left so we had to take the one that went to Zurich and then transfer to the one that went to the airport so we could take the free airport shuttle bus to the hotel. ... enoying ourselves. I do have to say though that we sure looked forward to reaching our little paradisical rest stop at the Kaufmann's. Switzerland is as beautiful as ever, but man has it gotten expensive. The exchange rate here is close to 1:1 right now, making a 4 dollar drink really a 4 dollar drink. Because everything is twice as expensive in Switzerland our plan is to eat half as much!
