There were a couple of places to eat, but not many. We found some souvenir shops and one place called Marche that sold sandwiches... and we also found Burger King. We decided we had to figure out what it was like to eat at a Burger King in another country, and it proved to be much nicer and more classy than an American location. They charged us in CHE, which is the Swiss Franc, almost equivalent to a Euro.

... was a very nice gentleman working there who helped us navigate the proper boxes and forms to use and we were out of there in no time, crossing our fingers that we had done everything correctly so they make it home ok. So with that out of the way it was time for some lunch as we explored Zurich a bit.

... and I got a big sausage with onion sauce and a rosti. The rosti was delicious!! Bradley had his with a beer and I had a yummy "lady beer" called eve, with passion fruit which was very nice. We also shared a salad, as our meals were lacking in vegetables! We were feeling rather full after lunch so needed to do a bit of walking to feel better! We also looked in a few shops to try and find something for David, who was the only one we hadn't got anything for ...
... Italy (Tirano) and Switzerland. We step off the dingy local Italian train and out of the even dingier station and walk across the road to the Swiss station. Talk about the grass is greener. Clean, friendly, attractive looking area with great, helpful staff and signage everywhere. It was so easy. Next we boarded the Glacier Express. The grand yet weathered statue of Ulrich Zwingli stand as a testimony of a man who's heart was aflame for God's glory in Zurich. I have no idea how the fires of passion for God's glory still burn in this beautiful city today, but remnants of beautiful building speak of a once great Christian past.
