... Man schmeißt die Pilze ohne Öl oder sonst was in die Pfanne. Wenn die Hitze kommt, blubbert Wasser aus den Pilzen. Ist dieses verdampft, packt man Butter, Salz und Pfeffer dazu und schnell ist eine Delikatesse zubereitet. Die Pilze schmecken übrigens sehr gut auf Knäckebrot, das natürlich immer im Haus ist.
Vor dem Abendessen war ich noch auf der Schafsweide. Es ist fast unheimlich, wie zutraulich einige Schafe sind. Sie wollen wie Hunde gestreichelt und gekrault werden ...

... Endlich konnten wir lange ausschlafen. Doch unsere Freizeit wurde urplötzlich so schnell weggeblasen, wie Hühnerfedern von einer Tischplatte: die Schafe waren ausgerissen und zwar nicht nur eins, was schon mal vorkommt, sondern alle auf einmal. Völlig außer Rand und Band wackelten sie über anliegende Wiesen und Geäst. Ein Gastjunge machte alles nur noch schlimmer, indem er mit einem Stock hinter der Herde herrannte.
