500 miles drive back to Calais today......
Left the site at Issoire at 7 and left the motorway north of Orleans at 10:30. Bit more traffic and the detour around Rouen but we got to the site at Calais after a lunch stop and a coffee break for 4:00. Little tent up in 20 mins, quick beer then off to the new pool for a dip then curry for tea. ...

Omelette and frites for tea washes down with Organic Cotes du Rhone at £2:50 a bottle from ...

I swear I've eaten so much in this trip I feel like a balloon right now, but I know I will work it all off once I start my yoga teacher training. Today it is a little cloudy outside so I haven't ventured down to the beach just yet, so I think I'm going to meditate on what I should do today.

... face so I finally decided to move to another spot, but he wasn't happy with me being there either. So I walked down the beach to where all the other people were to finish out my day of "solitude" and relaxation.

I also finished reading my inner wisdom meditation book, and decided to focus my children's stories on the 7 main energy sources in our body represented by the 7 colors of the rainbow!

    1. Red- grounding (honoring Mother Earth)
