    ... 25th Pont-Audemer tri-athlon, so we stood and watched for a while until the rain began again. Once back in the van we could see them now running along the road having finished the cycle bit, They must have been soaked, but it was all quite interesting. We found that we can get free wi-fi from the van here, so that's the evening settled then, keep dry and catch up on emails etc.

    Started early with taxi pickup in London at 5:15 am. Eurostar to Lille, then train change to Rouen. Dot had a minor panic attack on the train from Lille to Rouen. She thought we were supposed to go through Paris and when we didn't, she couldn't quite figure what happened. but it all worked out.
