    ... for 1 meals. Tonight it was a pizza & pasta buffet night with salad and dessert bars and Ruby just about hyperventilated. Its definitely up tere as one of the nicest meals we’ve had; maybe because there wasn’t a grain of rice in sight.

    That pretty much sums up our day. It was good to have a quite, restful one. It’s Sabbath now so early to bed for a early rise tomorrow.

    ... I met again Alain, the French-Belgian whom I had met yesterday. We spent the afternoon together, talking at length. He speaks fluent Italian, having lived in Italy. Maybe we will meet again later in the evening, allowing melatonin, since I'm addressing the topic sleep-wake cycle that has not yet fallen into place. I'm happy because I'm already much better with the eye that does not give me the most trouble and even the redness has decreased dramatically

    ... crib. The biggest event of the week happened when we met an older Russian couple while we waited for our food at a pancake cart. They apparently liked us and all but dragged us back to their hotel for a drink of vodka they had brought straight from Moscow.
