... on never mentioning this little excursion for the sake of the manly honor. But now, I'm telling everything. Hell, the ladies should be proud. They're men actually went where they said they were going. How often does that happen. After drinking beer for 2 hours we got back on the school bus for another 3 hour ride back to Florianopolis. What can I say, another spankin night in Brazil.

Stopped in a beautiful place called Florianopolis, en route to Carnival. It~s been awesome here... met some wicked people on the bus journey from Uruguay, so decided to share an appartmkent with them for a few days. Fab place right next to the beach... which is packed with people in thongs (and that´s just the guys... )... hmmm, am sure they´ll be more of the same in Rio. No photographs for this entry, as quite frankly, it would have scarred your eyes.

two days in Curitiba ... not a lot of seeing tough ...we went to some cool spots ... but it was a truly annoying day ... maybe there'll be a change of plans .... the family wants to go to uruguay for new year's eve ... but floripa in brazil, just 3 hrs away from here ... is gonna be better ... so i still dont know what i'm gonna do tomorrow ... =)) see ya latta!!!

... to be cheaper BUT she was freaking crazy!!!!! Like seriously has MANY loose and missing screws. I noticed it right after we got off the bus and Dave did not see it until the second day. The first day was MISERABLE!!! It was raining, cold, and hazy. Despite these conditions crazy girl wanted to go see a beach on the ugly north side of the island...I said no but was overruled. So we went, got off the bus, and got lost...so we tried to hitchhike because we were like ...

... quiche and motherly woman taking care of me, bringing me a candle and snap on reading light for my book, and the home made pâo at my pousada's café de manhâ making a toasted hot ham and cheese to die for (I think I'll be purchasing one of those 'sandwich toasters' in the future, crusty on the outside, squishy, juicy, and warm in the center, mmmmm..... the pâo definitely would give my grandmothers bread a run ...

Loucura essa trip... Bate-volta totalmente desprogramado, ficamos sem ter onde dormir, e acabamos dormindo num motel cabuloso! uihaiuha mas valeu a pena, foi uma das noites mais engraçadas que ja tive, desde a viagem, até a festa! Só quem ja foi sabe como é! Vale a pena
