... even managed an afternoon sleep. Amazing.

In the late afternoon the sun finally showed itself, and we
      braaied under the setting sun.

Cycling in Switzerland is fantastic. Almost everywhere you
go there are cycle paths and the way that other road users respect you is
nothing short of amazing, especially for us coming from South Africa. The paths
are well sign posted which certainly helps in areas where you can easily get
      lost.

Werner and I rode from Beaune to Liesberg in 3 hours. It was a short but good ride.

Overall we had an excellent time, saw some new interesting places, and were very good riding pair.

JS will ride on to Allschwil, and once there, a link to all of our photos from the trip will be ...

... started quietly. Dave rested and I went foraging for a take away coffee and tea. Managed to talk my way through and ended up with a lovely tea, coffee and pastries for breakfast. Also managed to get some ointment for my ankle. Forgot to mention I got stung by a bee/wasp at lake Como and my ankle has come up very red and swollen. The language barrier was gone when they took one look at it haha. We are now going to head to ...

... us to a trip on a ferry across the lake, which was a nice surprise! France is always good, feels close to home and we've missed their baking. We're at a small site run by 'Stan' just south of Nancy. It's all NL here (we have to call the that now as Gen only refers to people by the letters on their car) only one or two D's and no GB's (that's what Gen seeks out!) We've had the odd letter that we have to look up - there is S, DK, B, BL, ...

... it was shut til 15:00 so we decided to head to the Motor Museum that day - The museum is home to the Schlumpf Collection, which is classed as the most Prestigious Collection in the world and the Largest collection of Bugatti's - in total there are over 400 cars in the collection...there are plenty of pictures and a video of Tom going for a spin or roll in one of the cars...

We stayed a couple of nights, visited Mulhouse centre but not a great deal to see here...
