On the walk back to the van after dinner, there was a local Celtic band playing in the square in front of the church, where the market had been and there were a group of people dancing - old style folk dancing to this beautiful music. ... go around the water. After the first 20 or so kms, we stop at a paper mill and have a tour by the guy who owns it of his paper making process. It was fascinating. He makes paper out of either old recycled cotton cloth or hemp fabric. I'd never heard of that before. carrots in an onion sauce. Followed by bread and cheese and strawberry cheesecake
thingy!!! Obviously each course accompanied by a different bottle of wine.
We returned to the hotel and that was it.

We then rode to their house. Now I have been here before but had forgotten how nice the setting was. It has a sea view and is post card picturesque.
