In five days, I'll be leaving Geneva for an amazing adventure. This week is going to be busy, because I still have to do a lot before the departure.

Now, I have to read a lot about South Africa and the history about Cap Town, to be able to write good articles when I'll be there.

      Let's go!

The following day I was feeling a little lazy and when Kathy found me at lunch time still in my PJ she kicked me in to gear and took me into the city of Lausanne where I wander around for the rest of the day. The weather was overcast but I soon found Lausanne to be a very interesting or should I say a strange city with no consistent theme. ...

... s Tom Walsh did well in the Shot put but not the world qualifying distance he was hoping for. On the way back on train a young negro from Princeton University in New York struck up a conversation. On seeing my NZ cap he said that Julia Ratcliffe NZ's young star hammer thrower was on their team. He had a fantastic attitude to his athletics & study.
