Unfortunately, when we got there, the museum was closed for renovations. Not wanting to make the trip to Kassel a total waste, we visited Wilhelmshöhe. It's a great park and wooded area with castles, fountains, and beautiful views. We hiked around ...
Kassel, Hesse, Germany javawarlord... stuff for diner. We stop in a big hardware store to find out if anyone knows where a campground is. The first person Len talks to speaks really good English. He asked Len where he was from and Len said Winnipeg. He tells Len he has been to Lake Winnipeg and across to Alberta. Wow, what a surprise. We find that about 8 kms from here there is a campground. I struggle with a woman telling me the directions, in German. I think I ...
