We've landed in Glasgow safe and sound, caught a bus to the city centre (within 15 minutes from the airport) and checked into the hotel. Now we had some lunch and are going to have a nap, to get some rest after the flight :) Then we're going to explore the city for a while!

On a more positive note, we've 'resigned' from 3 jobs this week - a very exciting feeling!

    ... loving the lilt of the Scottish accents! Alistair and Sheena were in the middle of re-wallpapering their living room. We were told the story of how the previous wallpaper was only three days old and still wet but needed to be changed as Sheena (according to Alistair) didn't like it. This friendly conversation and light banter was our introduction to Glasgow. Simply love it!
