We awoke to the noise of trucks and early morning deliveries..Took Lucy for walk and packed van ready to hit the road again..Start? It was a very long day and a long drive home. Gene and I purchased a French wine we used to have in the states (JP Chenet). In Calais it was only a couple dollars a bottle. Had a good and smooth trip over the English Channel I spend most of the time on the top deck talking to Nick, Matt and Stacey all the way to Calais. When we arrived at Calais we when there Customs and got our bags of the the Cargo truck then meet our Tour Driver (Jean) and we were off to Paris.

... Absythne is one of those alcohol which has a bad reputation because of its brewing practices in the 18th and 19th centuries. Today, due to the improved distilling practices (and the lack of metals in the alcohol). I ended up picking up quite a bit of food, hopefully enough to sustain me for the next few weeks.
