    Found another great beach to spend some time. We have. Had some technical difficulties so haven't been blogging much. Just golfing and enjoying the sunshine. This really is an amazing place if you love the beach. The food is good in all the restaurants too. Some times the menu is a bit too English for my taste but lots of Local Portuguese fare as well.     ... all sizes and vintages, and were very LOUD. Kinda fun! After lunch we made a visit to the Pousada in town. These are historical buildings that the government chose to preserve by turning them into luxury hotels starting in the 1940's. All of them are lovely, and this one is no exception. Our guides treated us to typical Portuguese desserts out on the terrace.

    ... on the challenge of new careers. Margarida is Portuguese, and many of her family members live in the south, which drew them to this part of the country. They were completely charming and very knowledgeable about the history and customs of the area. We were fast friends by the end of the third day!
