We were given the most amazing French breakfast of delicious yoghurts, fresh fruit, croissants and chocolate pastries, cake, baguettes and serval home made jams.

... takes on a whole new meaning...ha ha Brussels also has a very famous fountain, where a young boy figure is ******* into a pool of water, the fountain is official called "Manneken Pis" pronounced quite aptly "man can ****" After zig zagging through many streets we finally rounded a corner to find a hundred or more people staring at this tiny fountain with a miniature figurine of a small boy peeing into the fountain...wow...what an anti-climax, but like everyone else ...

... as there are no pontoons in places. John went to investigate and it turns out to be a wood yard for the Ancoisne Chateau so they could not help us. She did offer to take us in her car if we stayed until 5.30 when she finished work, but we declined as we needed to get some water. It was a well timed stop as we had our second set of hailstones so decided to make it our lunch stop.

12.30 as we cast off and headed down the canal, we heard thunder! ...
