... with toasted meringue and Ryan had a vanilla tart topped with kiwi, dragon fruit, mango and lychee. The hot chocolate was very chocolaty but was a little disappointing as it was made with water not milk. After travelling for a while Ryan had an epiphany in Zurich that Canadian cuisine is simply taking traditional food from other countries and making it better ie. chocolate fondue and hot chocolate with milk!
