In a little village outside Paris

... The campsite is massive, easily a couple of acres and is very grassy and full of manicured lawns and trees. Their landscaping bill must be enormous. There is room for hundreds of campers but strangely there is nothing to do here. They have no grocery store or bar or restaurant and the village is about a 25 minute walk down the road. They have a nice big pool but there are no lounge chairs there, just cement.

We asked the reception where we can buy groceries and she directed us ...

... the red-light district of Paris. The most famous site of this area is the Moulin-Rouge, but the can-can girls of that venue seem like a tame and innocent show compared to the wide variety of ‘exotic dancing clubs’ and ‘love shops’ that line both sides of the street for as far as the eye can see. It was, indeed, an appropriate location for the acclaimed "Musee d’Eroticism".

... there was statue of a man on the outside of it. Our guide told us that in the beginning a man would actually operate the lifts from a seat outside of the actual lift. I didn't know which way to take photos. After that we all walked down 636 stairs to the bottom of the Tower. Our legs were like jelly when we got down there. We went home. I loved the Eiffel Tower.

Today the 1st of October we drove to Chessy which is in France. It was a seven hour drive from Switzerland. When we arrived we unloaded the car and went to our apartment. From our apartment window we can see Disneyland and Walt Disney Park. That night for dinner we had pizza from a nearby restaurant.
