    We've left Lourmarin with some sorrow, but soon perked up when we got into the Alps.     ... way she was going to make it. We told her to speak to the Guard as apparently the train company in Italy will take care of hotels etc if you miss connections. The American traveller confirmed this with us as this had been the case for the last week as she'd missed every connection.
