I`m staying now for a couple of days in Pomerode. I going a bit around by bicycle. At night I`m staying in the bars. Its right interesting to talk to the people and they are very open. You get the feeling you would know them allready for long time, and they are allways wellkomme you, its great.
Next week will be the Festival here, more or less like the Oktoberfest in Germany.

... up being the first ones (out of a good 7000 folk) there! But the many many beers (our favourites being ´Weinbier´, ´Weissenbier´, and ´Braunes Ale´), plus a shooting range and some fairground rides kept us entertained until the place filled up. The bands played right from the word go though, and by 2am we had heard the same traditional Germanic tunes played over and over, but this wasn´t the only reason we decided enough was enough (our stomachs and livers told us that!).

... Floripa...aber es hat mir am Ende doch ganz gut gefallen.
Die Autofahrt dahin war schonmal recht abenteuerlich, denn die gute Bruna ist nicht gerade eine sichere Fahrerin...naja hab's überlebt!
Freitag und Samstag hatten wir dann jedenfalls viel Spaß an verschiedensten Stränden und das Wetter war auch sehr schön. Das hat meinen Sonnenbrand natürlich sehr gefreut...
