Does what is says, clean handy bed, yucky green, I miss my kettle.
In hindsight score improved. Has a quiet nights sleep, shower was super and 4.95 breakfast more than adequate.

... storage costs! I think I'm pretty much ready to go; the house is rented, I've had my jabs, storage men are coming on Tuesday and there were a million different life admin tasks to tackle that I couldn't even imagine. We then headed to a grocery store as Dave wanted "the English experience". Basically have a pint of ale. He bought a bottle and we all headed to the RSC lobby to eat our food. When we got there, Dave found out that the bottle he bought wasn't a twist off top. He needed a bottle opener, which we didn't have. I guess his "English experience" would have to wait!

... we were all on the bus, and when we weren't on it, they shouldn't have gotten on it. Anyways, it just made me quite upset, because it seemed like those four didn't really care that we had to wait for another bus because of them. It also seemed like the leaders didn't care that they didn't meet us where they were supposed to as well. ... still things to do and see in the city. When we arrived there was a food and jazz festival in the city which was fun to check out and the Library was really awesome too, lots of great views from the top there!
While there wasn't as much touristy stuff to see in Birmingham it was still a really enjoyable time spent dining at different ...
... water and if you're lucky, snakes as well. We've seen a couple of Viperine Snakes here on previous visits though we were not so fortunate this time.
The reserve gates were open when we reached them and we had a quick chat with the staff before setting off to walk the paths and try out some of the hides. We spent several hours within the reserve and the birding highlight was undoubtedly the Little Bittern that was very active in the reeds near one ...
