          Of course as we knew this was our last day in Europe. Without hesitation for me this was the best day overall. It literally flew by in the blink of an eye. We woke up and headed the French Alps.       ... warmer. I decided to try going out for a little bit. When I walked outside it was so cold and breathing was a little easier outside.       ... we were able to see the lake and the mountains. It was an amazing view. We all got ideas at the front desk and were able to go inside. We took the esculator up the tall building to the top floor. The view got even better.

      ... is neither good nor bad, however it is incredibly useful to know. I used to rush around from one thing to the next, or multiple things at once, and now I realize how much that contributed to my state of poor health. I'm perfectly happy to take things slowly.       ... to me, no one would see it because I'm in between two giant trains. I went back upstairs, put jeans over the thin pants I was already wearing, put on my windbreaker, and took out my travel towel and used it as a blanket. I was still freezing, except now I looked homeless.
