Had a well needed sleep in then headed to Glòries (the shopping area near our hotel) to get on the hop on - hop off bus. Was a beautiful day, nice and warm and lots of sun. This morning I was up at 6 (that's how bad our room was) to check the cancellation policy off the hotel, which the receptionist didn't know, but we decided we couldn't take another three nights of this and moved anyway. Ended up going to an ibis hotel which was in another part of the city, not near the Ramblas but still near a big shopping area. …

From there we walked to see the exteriors of Sagrada Familia (still under construction), La Padrera and Casa Battlo. The lines to go inside were insanely long, despite it being mid-October.
