Good hotel, simple design, but has everything you need. The decor in the reception/breakfast area is great and the breakfast is good.
Although the location is about a 20 minuet journey from the centre of town, it is right next to the trolly bus station so it is easy to get around. Also right across from the natural baths!

    Day 15 - Erpfingen

The wind died down overnight and we were woken by sunrise after not making sure the cab blinds covered the windows correctly. The toilet block is about 150m away down a steep hill, its going to make us fit the 3 days here for sure. I took the bike and collected out breakfast bread order from reception, Evan having his usual Brezil. While Andrea finished off even more washing Evan and I ...

... in the bad books, Kathleen questions why it has planned a route, which, at first sight does look a little strange. We need to go, more or less due east, but, the planned route takes us north east, then south west. It does look a bit less than direct.

The satnav is duly ignored, and we follow Kathleen’s more direct route.

We soon find out why the satnav did not choose this route, we are crossing a mountain. I swear we ...
