Good hotel, simple design, but has everything you need. The decor in the reception/breakfast area is great and the breakfast is good.
Although the location is about a 20 minuet journey from the centre of town, it is right next to the trolly bus station so it is easy to get around. Also right across from the natural baths!

So hands down to anyone keeping their blog alive whilst traveling and ...

When we checked in to the apartment, our host vaguely mentioned that there was a path up into the Black Forest up a hill and behind some houses. So we went to find it. I don't actually know why the Black Forest is called the Black Forest, because the whole thing is this absolutely gorgeous mix of fall colors. Oranges and reds and yellows and greens - it was ...

... and some I do! The forest is currently full of color because all of the leaves are changing. It was so gorgeous! Especially because it was a wonderfully sunny day so the sun was streaming through the trees. I found many mushrooms and a babbling stream and a slug! So pretty much best day ever! It was very relaxing and full of fresh air. I love this place! Everyone should come check out the Black ...
