I envisioned a sweet roll covered with icing, but the one we tried looked similar to a pretzel on the outside and tasted a little drier and less sweet than the pillsbury ones I am used to. I'm glad I tried it though because the rolls would have been on my mind all day had I not tasted it earlier. :) As great as those brunches were, our traditional Swedish dinner on Sunday night was my favorite! ...

We were able to do it all with the help of a very kind clerk and there were not the usual long lines and even longer waits one experiences in Stockholm. So a major part of our reason to come to Sweden has now been done!
Now off to Stockholm for some fun! We are using some of our Marriott points to stay at the Courtyard Inn which is next door to Lars' sister Lotta's apartment. We will be able to see her but not be underfoot. ...
Wow- lots of great times today! First of all, I'm somewhere on the Baltic Sea (or is it ocean?) heading south to Kiel, Germany (I'm geographically challenged). We loaded up on the Stena Line Ferry tonight at 5pm (9am, Boise). It's currently 9:13pm, local time (1pm, Boise), and we were surprised to see that we had free wifi-- but only for 60 minutes!
