      Geneva is clean, ordered, pretty and oh so expensive. We walked the old quarter, along the banks of Lake Geneva. We walked through the botanical gardens and saw the flower clock which is supposed to keep fantastic time, as you would expect of Swiss precision.

      ... rusty, especially with my listening/comprehension skills - everyone speaks so quickly! - but I've been able to make myself understood all day, at grocery stores and patisseries and train stations alike.
