    Only one lift worked and has 14 floors, taxi driver told us it has been broken for 2 months!!

    ... it was the best wake up ever. We then got to Lake Wanaka, this is definitely one of the most beautiful places we have been to so far. Just stunning scenery, and a really cool town after some of the sleepier places we have been to. A wonderful sunny day we headed to the lake for some sunbathing and the boys for a swim.     ... that they light up at nighttime so it can sleep and then you have to look really carefully to see this adorable creature. I got lucky and got to see it twice and I absolutely fell in love.
