    The trams are great: clean, cheap, and all electric. The city of Geneva (from what I could see) was really clean too, with recycling bins everywhere there's a rubbish bin. The water here even tastes like New Zealand water! The hotel is really nice too, with big modern rooms. Definitely nice to have some space after ...

    ... later, we'd explored every park, sit-upon ride thingy, and smelled every flower (they were gorgeous) to finally arrive at the museum. Each ticket was printed with a particular sport and funnily enough they were so highly appropriate!

    Tony got the C-1 paddler, Talia the gymnast, I got the figure skater (perhaps a nod to my dance background..waaaaay back) and Avaia - got the high jumper, BUT if you turned it upside down, it looked like the monkey climbing ...

    ... Observation building. Mike was able to get us invitations to the event, and it was a bit of a conversation starter for him to walk in with two women. Great view, hard to photograph because of the louvered windows. Fancy hors d'oeuvres and wine.

    Our first stop was the station again to sort out our tickets for Lyon tomorrow - we found the timetable but no ticket office until we walked out of the building and walked past another entrance. They told us that the train was free so we didn't need to worry about booking anything and we carried on our way.
