... and Ella made fantastic
nurses, caring for me whilst I lay in bed for 2 days. We were meant
to stay for 2 weeks here, but there was quite a bit of sickness in
the house and we didn't want Ella falling to it so we said our
goodbyes. Rather sad as we had just settled in and Ella really didn't

Lots of shops, cafes and boats. And of course old castle type things. Walked around the city, had a coffee, not good, at a fancy café & had a baguette sitting in the sun for lunch. Left there & went up the coast for ...
Another quiet breakfast at the gites. Nice sitting in the sun with chooks, cats & rabbits running all around. Breakfast nearly consisted of venison as came that close to running over a deer last night it wasn't funny. But great driving skills by me saved the day & the deer. Leo & Lennie then took us for a drive to a little village, Brantome, 50 klm's away for a drive. Nice ...
