Last day - a bit of a wreck, but I loved it

This was amazing value for money - food, accommodation, coaching, staff all rate as excellent and a group of 11 with two coaches is a good size. Day 4 - Tough mountain run and refreshing splash
... be a testing competition course, for regular runners like me, it's challenging but stunning. We had 25 Degree sunshine; in the pouring rain it must be even more fun, if not somewhat hazardous. ... was running, my speed was like walking pace at times. The steep downhills are punishing for the legs and feet, and the rocks and tree roots just make it more hazardous.
