On the 21/4/14, I departed launceston (it was 9 degrees when I left at 230pm!) and went to Melbourne for one night prior to my flight to the Maldives :)
Early flight, flew Jetstar Christchurch to Melbourne, departing 6.15am, arrived Melbourne 8am. Have 3 nights accommodation booked at Hotel Ibis (Therry St) near Victoria Markets and the Central Shopping Centre. Did a lot of walking and a lot of shopping.
