Best moment of triumph - beating all the young bucks in a flat out race of 6km back to Sarp roundabout after Mick Rogers won. I couldn't get anywhere near them on the climbs but on the flat was a different matter. I streeted them back to Lortet as well - 35kms.

Things are starting to get a little weird over here, biologically-speaking. When we landed in Dubai to transfer to Singapore, local time was 8 a.m. but it was 1:30 a.m. in Pittsburgh time.
