So on October 30 - we visited several wineries - tasted various c******nay types - visited a family owned winery a purchase a few bottles of pouilly fuisse - my favorite - had a great dinner at the B and B
October 31 - visited Cluny and the Abbey - the revolutionaries in 1790 destroyed the most beautiful abbey -- we seen this a lot throughout France - we then went to a 1600 chateau - beautiful visit.
Sunday 12 October
The weather did not cooperate today with heavy rain so we had a leisurely breakfast. Isobelle makes her own jams of various types and fruit comports as well as a type of quince paste that goes with goats cheese . That, on top of croissants, filled us up for the day.
