After finding the Moulin Rouge and vowing to come back for a better photo at night, we headed down to the Galleries Lafayette which is near our hotel. It's a huge shopping centre, not that we went for the shops. In the centre is an impressive dome structure with colored glass skylight. We got a few photos before getting out of there pronto! Eventually we headed to the Notre dame and had crepes for brunch and sat and people watched. It's pretty cold and drizzly so we sat inside the church for a while to. Then when we got bored we wandered for a while and eventually found a Starbucks where we sat, drank, read, and journaled as we waited for our train at 8. Next stop ...
