... to Antwerp, but I've got to admit, uneventful and drive are two words I'm liking together at the moment.
Checked into our hotel in Antwerp and then caught the tram into the city centre. We didn't know where to buy a ticket or if we had to pay the driver so we didn't do either, cool, got ourselves a free tram ride. Apparently Sunday opening hasn't reached Belgium yet, and I mean the shops as we didn't see any pubs, so ...

Our trundle up to Amiens turned out to be anything but! Leaving Versailles, Sheila took us on an intricate dance along the highways that circle Paris. Unfortunately, at a critical juncture she led us onto an exit that had a 2m barrier over it. The barrier was made of hanging ropes with heavy weights on the end. I've spent three weeks cruising the UK on my own, I can do another day on my own in Belgium, As long as I can find a service station that will take my card, or cash (Harder that you'd think). And someone willing to speak English to me.
I'm convinced that the french speaking world are trying to hide everything from the English.

So our last week here has been a busy one; teaching the girls to snowboard (got two little shredders now! so proud!), lots of French guests (Ben loving a little practice again!), watching the Pisteurs performance and really enjoyin gthe rescue dogs display, amazing. ... a drink, looked at the duty free (seemed expensive) but did not buy anything. By the time we went back to the cafe area we were nearly in Calais and the trip was ok (just a little rocky).
I drove the camper of the boat remembering to drive on the right which I did ok then headed for the aires site near the docks (free) and spent a few hours getting some sleep.
