Went for a walk to the old part of Orcet this morning, lots of narrow winding streets no wider than a small car, really quirky with a large church in the centre. Took the dogs for a walk down some leafy lanes, quote a nice stopover and the sunshine certainly helps. We hit Spain tomorrow as we continue South

After a long and tiring journey we arrived at our campsite. Weather is lovely so went for an uphill walk in the evening. Just enjoying a beer in the bar now. Day by the pool tomorrow me thinks. ... told us of the local dish which was to be the evening dinner special it was called Truffade. We later on went with that, it consisted of potatoe fried with bacon in Cantelle cheese , basically a fondue served with a crisp green salad and procuitto on the side, the idea was to mix it all up on your plate and man it was good.
