    ... Halte Nautique, chopping down some lovely fruit trees and then didn’t maintain it. There was also a lovely beach there like in Clairac, but the mayor did not keep it going.     ... 8217;t imagine having come so far only to have a setback now. I am truly angry with myself for having ignored the problem for so long. Getting sick always makes me feel the same way, just angry. I will try not to think about it. Maybe I’ll listen to an audiobook to distract myself.     ... bed were more springs than mattress. The paint was peeling from the walls, and though it was quite cold after the storm, none of the heaters worked. There were two bags filled with trash in the kitchen, and three more sitting outside on the porch.     ... fences across the trail at many different points. This meant that we literally had to throw our backpacks and poles over the fences, then we army-crawled under them. The large rose window has been replaced with a narrow one for fortification, and he showed us where other windows has been made for shooting. There were also places for large braces on all the doors.
