... so they could be identified. I asked for a slice of a creamy blue cheese (blue cheeses go from soft and creamy to hard, and from mild to very strong), and two goat cheeses which are among my wife's and my favorites. One one fresh and soft, the other slightly aged and firmer. All were delicious.
